Sometimes it is so much easier to push through a workout when you know you’re not in it alone, right?

You look at someone next to you and see their muscles shaking, sweat dripping, and you know, we are in this together. All of a sudden you have that extra two seconds of energy you didn’t know you could muster.

Insert Monday and Wednesday Cardio Boost!

Who?

  • Anyone and everyone. There are lots of options for different fitness levels.

What?

  • Small groups of 6 or less (you’re more than just a number in this group)
  • Mostly cardio, a little bit of weights, a little bit of resistance bands, a whole lot of fun

When?

  • Mondays and Wednesday @ 7:00 PM PST
  • Saturdays @ 9:30 AM PST

Why?

  • Personalized training without the personal trainer cost
  • LOTS of laughter and energy from amazing fearless females. You are not in this alone!
